It is pretty simple to add all the Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT) with powershell.  Simply start  powershell as administrator and run the following:

Get-WindowsCapability -Name RSAT* -Online | Where State -eq "NotPresent" | Add-WindowsCapability -Online
